Ingredients

  • 15 drops Deep Blue
  • 12 drops Frankincense
  • 12 drops Marjoram
  • 12 drops Lemongrass
  • 10 drops Copaiba
  • 10 drops Siberian Fir or White Fir
  • 8 drops Black Pepper
  • 8 drops Cypress
  • Fractionated coconut oil (FCO) to fill
  • A 10 mL roller bottle

How to make it

  1. Add the essential oils to an empty 10 mL roller bottle.
  2. Top up with fractionated coconut oil, leaving a little room for the roller top.
  3. Press the roller top on, cap it, and roll the bottle between your hands to mix.
  4. Label the bottle with the blend name and date.

How to use

Roll onto the knees and massage in after a tough workout or at the end of a long day. Reapply as needed.

Make it your own

  • Gentler version: use fewer drops of each oil and more carrier oil.
  • Fir swap: Siberian Fir and White Fir work interchangeably here.

Safety tips

  • This is a strong blend. Patch test on your inner arm first, and add extra carrier oil if you have sensitive skin. Stop using if your skin becomes red or itchy.
  • Not for broken skin. Use on intact skin only, keep away from eyes, and wash your hands after applying.
  • Check before you share. Use extra care with children, pregnancy and pets, and follow current guidance for each oil.
